A decorative folk art of India which is composed of two words “rang” meaning colour and ”Aavalli “ means coloured creepers. It symbolizes the five basic elements of nature, auspiciousness, and good fortune. It is adoration and ornamentation of the earth.
Our tiny tots of Edify School, Kanakapura Road had a Rangoli competition on 7/3/2023. Tuesday. The group activity was carried out smoothly with the support of the children and HRT’s of the respective classes. They enjoyed it thoroughly. Images of peacock, pots ,contemporary were designed on the floor and the combination of colours were amazing.
On the whole the activity exhibited amazed our judges.
