Session opening dates & regular school timings are as mentioned below:

Grade 2 - 8: 10th June 2013 (Monday) - 8.40 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.

Grade 1 : 11th June 2013 (Tuesday) - 8.40 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.

IK 3 : 12th June 2013 (Wednesday) - 8.40 a.m. to 12.15 p.m.

IK 1 & 2 : 13th June 2013 (Thursday) - 8.40 a.m. to 12.15 p.m.

2. All Saturdays are holiday for IK 1 to Grade 5.

3. Attendance for Grade 6 - 8 on Saturdays is mandatory.

4.The entire school remains closed on all second Saturdays.

5. The child should come to school in proper school uniform complete with cap & ID Card.

6. Please adhere to the bus timings given for smooth functioning. The school Bus will wait for maximum 3 minutes before proceeding to next pick-up point.

7. Parents are requested to label all the belongings of their child.

8. Parents of IK (1 - 3) are requested to send one spare casual dress (labelled) and hand it over to the respective Home Room Teachers (HRTs) on the Orientation Day.

9. The entire set of note books and stationary must be labelled and submitted to the HRTs on the Orientation Day. (i.e. 8th June 2013).

10. Kindly send 2 lunch boxes for Grade (1 - 8) and 1 lunch box for IK 1 to IK 3 with ample water till the school's dining hall is made operational. Whenever the dining facility (optional) starts, it would be charged separately.

11. Kindly go through the student Hand Book (School Diary) and fill the necessary data along with your signatures wherever required


13. Each parent would be given an ID and Password for EDI CLICK programme on Web Site. Henceforth all information, circulars, events etc. would be made available on EDI CLICK. The ID & password would be provided to you on the day of the Orientation by the respective HRTs.

14. The school also maintains YOKIBU portal for effective communication with the parents through internet. Parents are requested to register and create their own login ID & Password for the same as per the instructions given in the web site - www.yokibu.com

15. All circulars from school will be posted on YOKIBU & would be also available on the school website. All parents are requested to check the website & yokibu portal daily.

16. The school is already running Taekwon-Do (IK - Grade 8), Yoga (IK - Grade 8), Basket Ball, Shuttle, Skating, Foot Ball, Indoor games like Carrom, Chess , Table Tennis and Tennis (Grade 1 upward).

17. This Academic year, the following student enrichment programmes are being provided at school:

(a) Ani Guru (Animation) for Grade 1 - 8

(b) Robotics for Grade 3 - 8

(c ) HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) for Grade 1 - 8 with a thinking lab.

(d) HOG (Helen 'O' Grady) -Theatre and Personality development classes for Grade 1 - 8

(e) School Cinema - Value Education classes for Grade 1 - 8

(f) Music (Instrumental & Vocal) and Dance for IK - 8

(g) Mathematics lab activity for Grade 2 - 8

(h) Art, Craft for IK - 8

18. 19. For all requests / suggestions / feedback on Academic systems to be made in person, you can meet the Respective Department heads OR the Principal. Pre-Primary and Primary head can be met with prior appointment on working Saturdays.

20. Parents can meet Principal in person on Wednesdays & Thursdays between 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Admin Manager between 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. OR any working Saturdays between 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. with prior appointment.

21. Admission Counsellor, Academic Heads, HRTs, Admin Manager & Principal can be contacted 24/7 by e-mail facility.

22. Please intimate the name & identity / photo graph proof of the person who will pickup / drop the child to the bus stop. The child would not be handed over to any other person. A properly signed authority letter must be submitted to the bus in-charge teacher in case the receiver is different. The bus would not wait for any child for more than 3 minutes while pickup or drop. In case no receiver is present at the bus stop to receive the child, the child would be taken back to school and can be received from the school.

23. We do not allow elaborate birthday celebrations in school, though the child is allowed to distribute limited number of sweets / candy on his /her Birthday.
