    IK's-Thanksgiving Day

Thanksgiving, or Thanksgiving Day, is celebrated on the second Monday of October in Canada and on the fourth Thursday of November in the United States, and around the same part of the year in other places. It originated as a harvest festival. Thanksgiving has been celebrated nationally on and off since 1789, after Congress requested a proclamation by George Washington. It began as a day of giving thanks for the blessing of the harvest and of the preceding year.
The students of IKs had their Thanksgiving Day celebration. Children made a Thanksgiving Card as a part of the Thanksgiving Day celebration to show their love towards family and school. Children understood the importance of Thanks Giving Day. All the children enjoyed a lot and participated with lots of enthusiasm. It was a fun filled day.
